We fulfill the day before holidays, so you receive it early!

Delivery Estimates

Priority shipping orders should arrive within 4 days of processing, and all other packages within 5 business days.

Shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Teo provides shipments to delivery addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Tracking information will be provided when the order is processed. You will receive an email with a link to track your package.

Damages

TEO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packing material and the damaged goods when you file a claim.
