Black Sesame Smoothie

- Great breakfast smoothie or as a afternoon pick-me-up
Prep time: 15 mins
What you'll need:
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 teaspoons black sesame
- 3 teaspoons hemp hearts (optional but good added nutrients and nutty flavor)
- Sweetener of choice (I used 1 pitted date)
- 2 tablespoons full fat coconut milk (from a can)
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (I used coconut)
- 1/2 cup brewed Teo cacao tea
- Ice
Steps:
- Blend it all up until smooth and top with coconut flakes and more black sesame.
