Black Sesame Smoothie

 

3 REASONS TO MAKE THIS!

  1. Black sesame great benefits too: calcium, magnesium, iron, etc.
  2. Black sesame + Cacao both high in antioxidants
  3. Great breakfast smoothie or as a afternoon pick-me-up

Prep time: 15 mins

 

What you'll need:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 teaspoons black sesame
  • 3 teaspoons hemp hearts (optional but good added nutrients and nutty flavor)
  • Sweetener of choice (I used 1 pitted date)
  • 2 tablespoons full fat coconut milk (from a can)
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (I used coconut)
  • 1/2 cup brewed Teo cacao tea
  • Ice

Steps:

  • Blend it all up until smooth and top with coconut flakes and more black sesame.
